Free audits use de-identified or sample data
To try Remitavo, you send a sample or de-identified remittance — no protected health information required. We don't ask for, or handle, PHI at this stage.
A BAA before any real patient data
When a pilot involves real PHI, we put a Business Associate Agreement in place first — and operate under BAAs with our infrastructure and AI providers. No patient data moves before that's signed.
Your data isn't used to train models
Any AI processing runs under data-processing terms that prohibit using your data to train models. We process only what's needed to draft an appeal.
You review every appeal
Remitavo drafts; your team reviews and sends. Nothing is filed on your behalf without your sign-off.
Do I have to send real patient data to try it?
No. The free audit runs on de-identified or sample data. We don't handle PHI until a pilot is set up with a signed BAA.
Are you HIPAA compliant / SOC 2 certified?
We're early-stage and building toward formal certification. We're transparent about exactly where we stand — we won't claim a certification we don't have. For pilots involving PHI, we put a BAA and appropriate safeguards in place first.
Who can see my data?
Only what's necessary to deliver your audit or appeals. We don't sell or share your information, and we process the minimum data required.
